How does online personal training with Bluprint Fitness work?

After checkout, you’ll complete a short Lifestyle Questionnaire. We then build your personalised program (home or gym), and set up weekly check-ins for support, adjustments, and accountability. You’ll always know what to do next.

  • Foundation (£100): Personalised training plan + weekly check-ins.
  • Complete Blueprint (£150): Full training & nutrition coaching.
  • Bluprint Reset (£250): 12-week transformation with training, healthy meals, and weekly accountability.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Nope. We can design effective home workouts with minimal kit, or build a full gym program if you have access. Tell us what you have and we’ll tailor it.

How do weekly check-ins work?

Once a week we review your training, nutrition, progress photos (optional), and wins/challenges. We then tweak your plan so you keep moving forward.

Will I get a meal plan?

We provide healthy meal guidance, example meals, and simple frameworks tailored to your preferences. No rigid or overly restrictive diets.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel better and more consistent within 2–4 weeks. Visible changes typically appear across 4–8 weeks, with significant progress over 12+ weeks (your effort and consistency are the biggest factors).

Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Yes — just email us and we’ll help manage a pause or cancellation in line with your plan’s terms. We keep things fair and flexible.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Your program is built for your current level. We’ll progress things safely and confidently as you improve.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Tell us about it in the questionnaire. We’ll modify exercises and loading, and if needed, coordinate around any medical advice you’ve received.

How do payments work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The 12-week program is a one-time payment. If your plan uses direct debit or standing order, we’ll share setup details during onboarding.

How do I get started?

Choose a package, complete checkout, fill in the Lifestyle Questionnaire we send, and we’ll deliver your personalised plan with your first check-in date.
